Came to Dashi expecting good ramen and I got it! Michael was my bartender and made me the best strawberry margarita and coconut drinks possible. I tried the spicy tantanmen ramen and a mix of pork and veggie gyoza and it was all delicious. If you like spice, try their house-made hot sauce too Great atmosphere where I got to enjoy good music and watch the NFL on their projector screen.

Food was great and employees are greater. It was a holiday season; all the restaurants are busy& crowded. I have been waiting long time to get the waiter's attention in other places. But here was different. Juan Carlo& Oscar were prompt and make sure everything was good, while place was packed with customers. I Will definitely recommend here for food & service to others and will come back!

This was an amazing place to see! The food was so delicious and everything was well thought out. The furi fries with the wasabi sauce were so delicious and the ramen is to die for! Highly recommend if you’re craving some delicious ramen!

Happy vegan after eating at Dashi. I was in search of vegan food walking distance in Ocean Park. I couldn’t find much, adjusted my search to vegetarian and came across Dashi. I called and spoke with Juan Carlos. I asked about vegetarian and vegan options, and he was generous in offering to modify any of their dishes to make them vegan. I had the veggie gyoza which are made with vegan wrappers and we modified the veggie ramen to remove the egg and double all the veggies + tofu. Juan Carlos and the team went above & beyond to ensure I had an excellent dining experience. I was a happy vegan at Dashi!!
